Welcome to the Svetlana Dragan App ("We", "Our"), any mobile software, website, web widgets, channels and applications for third-party websites and services, and any other mobile or web-based services or applications. is owned, controlled by, or offered by the developer Islam Bayram (collectively, the "Services" or "Software"). Subscribers, customers, users and other persons who download, access, use, purchase and/or subscribe to the Svetlana Dragan App Services (collectively or individually "You" or "Users") must do so in accordance with the following terms of use.
BEFORE USING ANY Svetlana Dragan App SERVICES OR SOFTWARE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING AND/OR USING THE Svetlana Dragan App SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL CONSENTS AND DISCLOSURES SET FORTH IN (AND INCORPORATED HEREIN), ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING ANY FUTURE CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND ALL GUIDELINES (collectively, the "AGREEMENT"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE IMMEDIATELY STOP USING THE SERVICES OF Svetlana Dragan App.

The Svetlana Dragan App Privacy Notice is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Please read this notice carefully to learn about the disclosures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. When using any of the Svetlana Dragan App Services, you will be subject to any additional published guidelines or rules applicable to certain features that may be published from time to time (the "Guidelines").
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Agreement or any Guidelines at any time. Please check this Agreement and any Guidelines periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Svetlana Dragan App Services following the posting of any modifications or changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. With respect to any material changes to this Agreement or any Guidelines, you acknowledge and agree that any such amended or modified terms will automatically become effective thirty (30) days after they are initially posted on Svetlana Dragan App Services.
The Svetlana Dragan App services are owned and operated by Svetlana Dragan App on the basis of a license agreement between the content creator and Islam Bayram for the use of content and other works of Svetlana Dragan. The Svetlana Dragan App software, content, visual interfaces, information, graphics and/or graphics, design, compilation, computer code, products, software, services, communication protocols, security protocols, storage methods, including but not limited to mobile applications, and all other elements of the Svetlana Dragan App Services (collectively, the "Materials") are protected by the copyright, trade dress, patent, and copyright laws of the Republic of Turkeytrademarks of the Republic of Turkey, international laws and conventions, and all other relevant intellectual property rights and property rights, as well as applicable laws. All Materials contained in the Svetlana Dragan App Services are the property of the author of Svetlana Dragan. All trademarks, service marks and trade names displayed on the Svetlana Dragan App Services are the property of Islam Bayram. Except as expressly permitted by Svetlana Dragan App, you agree not to sell, license, distribute, copy, modify, publicly display or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works based on the Materials, or otherwise make unauthorized use of the Materials.
All Svetlana Dragan App services are not available to persons under the age of 3, as well as to any Users who have been suspended or removed from the Svetlana Dragan App services.
Use Svetlana Dragan App Services for any commercial or non-private use, without the express permission of Svetlana Dragan App;
Use the Svetlana Dragan App Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, laws governing intellectual property and other proprietary rights, data protection and privacy, rights of publicity, and import or export controls;
Misrepresent the source, identity or content of information transmitted through the Svetlana Dragan App Services;
Remove, circumvent, disable, damage or otherwise interfere with features related to the security of the Svetlana Dragan App Services, features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content available through the Svetlana Dragan App Services, or features that impose restrictions on the use of the Svetlana Dragan App Services;
Intentionally interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Svetlana Dragan App Services or any user's use thereof by any means, including uploading or otherwise distributing viruses, worms, or other malicious code;
Post, store, send, transmit or distribute any information or material that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or any other proprietary or intellectual property rights;
Post, store, send, transmit or distribute any information or material that a reasonable person might consider objectionable, defamatory, abusive, indecent, pornographic, harassing, threatening, embarrassing, upsetting, vulgar, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive or otherwise inappropriate, whether or not the material or its distribution is unlawful;
Use the Svetlana Dragan App in connection with hazardous environments that require trouble-free operation or any application in which the failure or inaccuracy of this application or the Svetlana Dragan App Services could lead directly to death, personal injury or serious physical or property damage.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Svetlana Dragan App Services or any part thereof, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Svetlana Dragan App Services or any part thereof, by hacking, password mining or any other means, or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Svetlana Dragan App Services or any activity conducted on the Svetlana Dragan App Services;
You must use all Svetlana Dragan App services wisely and not attempt to misuse or misuse any of the Svetlana Dragan App services in any way that could be construed as unreasonable or improper use. Svetlana Dragan App reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to consider what constitutes unjustified and/or improper use.
Use robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated means to access the Svetlana Dragan App Services for any purpose without our written permission or circumvent our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Svetlana Dragan App Services or modify the Svetlana Dragan App Services in any way or form, or use modified versions of the Svetlana Dragan App Services, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Svetlana Dragan App Services;
Svetlana Dragan App does not contain user-generated content or other materials.
Svetlana Dragan App services may contain links to other websites or services. Svetlana Dragan App does not endorse such sites or the information, materials, products or services contained in other linked sites or accessible through other sites. In addition, Svetlana Dragan App makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the information, materials, products or services that are contained or available through the linked sites. Access to and use of linked sites,including information, materials, products and services on or available through the Linked Sites, is entirely at your own risk.
Your correspondence or dealings with or participation in promotions of advertisers found on or through the Svetlana Dragan App Services are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Svetlana Dragan App shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of any such transactions or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the Svetlana Dragan App Services
LICENSE GRANT, RESTRICTIONS, AND UPGRADES. In order to use the Svetlana Dragan App Software, you must have a computing device that is compatible with the Svetlana Dragan App Services Computing device in this context includes, but is not limited to, a smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop computer or wearable/portable device. Svetlana Dragan App does not guarantee that the Svetlana Dragan App Services will be partially or fully compatible with your computing device
You agree that if Svetlana Dragan App believes in good faith that you have violated any of the terms of this Agreement, it may terminate any account or subscription (or any part thereof) that you have with the Svetlana Dragan App Services or use of the Svetlana Dragan App Services, and delete and delete all or any part of your account or any User Content, at any time.
THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES AND ANY THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE, SERVICES OR APPLICATIONS PROVIDED IN CONJUNCTION WITH OR THROUGH THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SVETLANA DRAGAN APP AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THIRD-PARTY WIRELESS CARRIERS OF SVETLANA DRAGAN APP) DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SVETLANA DRAGAN APP DOES NOT WARRANT AND ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY INFORMATION, TEXT, GRAPHICS, LINKS OR OTHER ITEMS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE.
SVETLANA DRAGAN APP AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THIRD-PARTY WIRELESS OPERATORS OF THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP) DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FEATURES CONTAINED IN THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. SVETLANA DRAGAN APP DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES REGARDING ANY HARM THAT MAY BE CAUSED BY THE TRANSMISSION OF A COMPUTER VIRUS, WORM, TIME BOMB, LOGIC BOMB OR OTHER SIMILAR COMPUTER PROGRAM. SVETLANA DRAGAN APP ALSO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS TO AUTHORIZED USERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY.
SVETLANA DRAGAN APP AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THIRD-PARTY WIRELESS CARRIERS OF SVETLANA DRAGAN APP) DO NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR RESULTS OF THE USE OF ANY LOCATION INFORMATION OR SERVICES OF SVETLANA DRAGAN APP IN TERMS OF SECURITY, RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY OR OTHERWISE. YOU (AND NOT SVETLANA DRAGAN APP, ITS SUPPLIERS OR PARTNERS) ASSUME ALL COSTS OF ANY NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOU DOWNLOAD OR OTHERWISE OBTAIN MATERIALS OR DATA THROUGH THE USE OF THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Svetlana Dragan App, its affiliates, and its suppliers and partners (including, without limitation, Svetlana Dragan App's wireless carrier partners) from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, losses, costs, damages and any other liabilities, including attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with (a) your use or misuse of any information or the Svetlana Dragan App Services in general, (b) any violation by you of the rights of any other person or entity, (c) any violation by you of this Agreement. Svetlana Dragan App reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate and provide any necessary information to defend us with respect to these claims.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL SVETLANA DRAGAN APP OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, SVETLANA DRAGAN APP'S WIRELESS CARRIER PARTNERS) OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM: (A) THE USE, DISCLOSURE, DISPLAY, OR RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL AND/OR GENERAL INFORMATION; (B) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES OF SVETLANA DRAGAN APP; (C) SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES IN GENERAL OR Svetlana Dragan App SOFTWARE OR SYSTEMS THAT MAKE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES AVAILABLE; OR (D) INACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY Svetlana Dragan App; (E) ANY OTHER INTERACTION WITH Svetlana Dragan App OR ANY OTHER USER OF THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES, EVEN IF SVETLANA DRAGAN APP OR AN AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE OF SVETLANA DRAGAN APP HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OR SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION SHALL SURVIVE ANY TERMINATION OR EXPIRATION OF THIS AGREEMENT AND WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP (OR ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PARTNERS OF THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP) BE FULLY LIABLE TO YOU FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP (WHETHER UNDER CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHER EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO ACCESS THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF YOUR CLAIM.
THE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY SET OUT IN THIS SECTION ALSO APPLY TO DAMAGES INCURRED IN CONNECTION WITH ANY SERVICES SOLD OR PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES OTHER THAN THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP AND OBTAINED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED IN THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APPS OR OBTAINED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES.
APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH CASES, YOU AGREE THAT THE LIABILITY OF THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP WILL BE LIMITED TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
It is Svetlana Dragan App's policy to respond to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. In addition, Svetlana Dragan App will immediately terminate without prior notice the accounts of Users who will be determined by Svetlana Dragan App as "repeat infringers". A repeat infringer is a User who has been notified by Svetlana Dragan App of violations more than twice and/or whose User Submissions have been removed from the Svetlana Dragan App Services more than twice.
If you are the copyright owner or its agent and believe that any content posted on any Svetlana Dragan App Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") by providing the Svetlana Dragan App Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
Identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works in the relevant Svetlana Dragan App Services are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works in the relevant Svetlana Dragan App Services;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and which is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, as well as information sufficient to permit Svetlana Dragan App to locate the material;
Information reasonably sufficient to permit Svetlana Dragan App to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address at which the complaining party can be contacted;
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law (e.g., "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted content identified herein is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law"); and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed (e.g., "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, that are allegedly infringed by the aforementioned content").

You acknowledge that if you do not comply with all of the requirements of this section, your DMCA notice may not be valid.
Please note that under section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
Jurisdiction. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Svetlana Dragan App Services shall be brought only in the Republic of Turkey.
Severability, Waiver. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Failure to any party at any time to require performance of any provision of this Agreement shall in no way affect such party's right to enforce it at a later time. A waiver of any breach of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a continuing waiver of other breaches of the same or other provisions of this Agreement.
Notifications. You agree that Svetlana Dragan App may provide you with notices, including changes to this Agreement, by email, regular mail or communications about the Svetlana Dragan App Services Notice will be deemed to have been given twenty-four hours after the email is sent, unless Svetlana Dragan App is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, we may send you a formal notice by post to the postal address, if it is provided by you through the Svetlana Dragan App Services In such a case, the notice will be considered delivered three days after the date of sending. Notices posted on the Svetlana Dragan App Services are deemed to be provided and binding 30 days after the initial posting.
Task. This Agreement, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but may be assigned or transferred by Svetlana Dragan App without restriction.
Survival. Any provisions related to the limitation of liability, disclaimer and indemnification hereby survive any termination of this Agreement or any termination of use of or subscription to the Svetlana Dragan App Services
Headings; Entire Agreement. Heading references herein are for convenience only, do not form part of this Agreement and should not be construed as limiting or affecting any provision of this Agreement. This is the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by amending this Agreement, made by Svetlana Dragan App as set out in the Section " MODIFICATION OF THIS AGREEMENT" above.
Claims. YOU AND SVETLANA DRAGAN APP AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SVETLANA DRAGAN APP SERVICES MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE
